Summer Conditioning Starts June 25th!
Summer conditioning is a very important part of preparing for the season! We will start Monday June 25th at 6:30am at the CKM track. In order to participate, you will need to complete some on-line paperwork (link coming soon) and you will need a physical. You should wear comfortable running clothes and good socks and running shoes. You should also bring a water bottle. It is often chilly in the morning, so you should bring/wear sweats.
